TP-Link DeltaStream 70W 8 Port GPON Optical Line Terminal, DS-P7001-08

The TP-Link DS-P7001-08 is an enterprise and service-provider-grade GPON OLT built for large-scale fiber access networks such as FTTH and FTTB deployments. It integrates 8 GPON ports, each supporting up to a 1:128 splitting ratio, enabling connectivity for up to 1024 ONTs from a single unit. Each GPON port delivers 2.5Gbps downstream and 1.25Gbps upstream bandwidth with a transmission distance of up to 20 km, making it suitable for wide-area broadband distribution.

For high-capacity backbone connectivity, the device includes 2 × 10GE SFP+ uplink ports and 1 × Gigabit RJ45 uplink port, ensuring smooth aggregation of traffic from multiple PON ports into upstream networks. It also provides dedicated management and console interfaces for operational control and monitoring.

The DS-P7001-08 supports advanced Layer 2 and Layer 3 features such as VLAN, IGMP Snooping, static routing, QoS, DHCP server/relay, and OMCI-based ONU management. It also includes robust security features like ACLs, 802.1X authentication, ARP inspection, and IP source guard, making it suitable for secure multi-tenant and ISP environments.
