The Tenda TEG1120P-16-150W is a professional-grade unmanaged Gigabit PoE switch built for medium to large network infrastructures such as CCTV surveillance systems, offices, schools, hotels, and commercial buildings. It provides a total of 18 Gigabit RJ45 ports (16 PoE-enabled + 2 uplink ports) along with 2 additional Gigabit SFP fiber ports for long-distance and high-speed backbone connectivity.

Each of the 16 PoE ports supports IEEE 802.3af/at standards with up to 30W per port, allowing direct power delivery to IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones without requiring separate power adapters. The total PoE power budget is approximately 135W, enabling multiple high-power devices to operate simultaneously.

With a switching capacity of 40Gbps and a forwarding rate of around 29.8 Mpps, the device ensures smooth traffic handling even under heavy network load. Its store-and-forward architecture improves data reliability by filtering errors before forwarding packets across the network.

The switch supports multiple operation modes such as Standard, VLAN, Extend, and Priority. These modes help optimize network traffic, isolate IP camera networks, prioritize important devices, and extend transmission distance up to 250 meters in Extend mode for surveillance applications.
