The SOtM sNH-10G has been developed specifically for audiophiles who demand the highest possible performance from their network-based music systems. Unlike conventional Ethernet switches, the sNH-10G is engineered with specialized low-noise design techniques to reduce electrical interference and timing errors that can affect digital audio playback.

Supporting Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, the switch features eight RJ45 ports and two SFP fibre ports, making it suitable for connecting music servers, network streamers, NAS devices, routers and other network components. Its optimized internal architecture promotes stable, low-noise data transmission while maintaining full compatibility with standard Ethernet networking.

For even higher performance, the sNH-10G can be upgraded with SOtM's optional sCLK-EX audio-grade clock module, which also enables connection to an external 10MHz master clock. This further improves timing precision for users building reference-level digital audio systems.

The switch is housed in a precision-machined aluminium chassis that provides excellent mechanical stability and effective shielding against external interference. Selectable LED operation allows users to turn off front-panel indicators during listening sessions to reduce potential electrical noise.
