D-Link DGS-2000-28P 28-Port Gigabit Managed Switch

The D-Link DGS-2000-28P is part of D-Link’s managed Gigabit access switch series, designed to deliver reliable performance, advanced management features, and scalable Power over Ethernet (PoE) for business-critical networks. It includes 24 × 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit PoE+ ports and 4 × Gigabit SFP uplink ports, enabling flexible fiber connectivity for backbone integration or network expansion.

With support for IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at PoE standards, the switch can power a wide range of devices such as IP surveillance cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones. The total PoE power budget (up to approximately 370W depending on power supply configuration) ensures stable operation for multiple high-power devices simultaneously, reducing the need for external power adapters and simplifying deployment.

The switch delivers a switching capacity of up to 104 Gbps, providing non-blocking performance for high-traffic environments. It supports advanced Layer 2 features including VLAN segmentation, Quality of Service (QoS), IGMP Snooping, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP/RSTP/MSTP), and Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP), enabling efficient traffic management, redundancy, and optimized network performance.
