D-Link 1000Mbps 8 Port 2GE Uplink 250M PoE Switch, DGS-1010P-E

The D-Link DGS-1010P-E is a high-performance unmanaged Gigabit PoE switch designed for small business, surveillance, and network expansion applications. It includes 8 × 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit PoE ports and 2 × Gigabit uplink ports, enabling both data and power delivery over a single Ethernet cable while providing flexible uplink connectivity for backbone integration.

Supporting IEEE 802.3af/802.3at PoE standards, the switch delivers up to 30W per port with a total PoE power budget of 120W. This allows multiple IP cameras, wireless access points, VoIP phones, and other PoE-enabled devices to operate without separate power adapters, simplifying installation and reducing cabling costs.

The switch features a long-range PoE mode supporting data and power transmission up to 250 meters on selected ports. This is particularly useful for CCTV installations in large buildings, warehouses, campuses, and outdoor surveillance environments where devices are located far from the switch.

It also includes DIP switch-based smart functions such as VLAN isolation, QoS prioritization, Extend mode, and PoE auto-recovery. These features help improve network security, prioritize video traffic, extend transmission distance, and automatically restart unresponsive PoE devices for improved reliability and reduced maintenance effort.
