The D-Link DGS-F1018P-E is a high-performance unmanaged Gigabit switch designed to simplify Power over Ethernet (PoE) deployments in surveillance, office, and enterprise environments. It comes equipped with 16 auto-sensing 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit Ethernet ports that support IEEE 802.3af/at PoE standards, along with 2 dedicated Gigabit SFP fiber uplink ports for flexible long-distance connectivity.

With a total PoE power budget of 150W (up to 30W per port), the switch can efficiently power multiple devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones directly through Ethernet cables, eliminating the need for separate power adapters. Its long-reach mode supports data and power transmission up to 250 meters on compatible ports, making it especially suitable for CCTV and large-area installations.

The DGS-F1018P-E includes multiple DIP switch-controlled modes such as VLAN, Extend, QoS, and PoE Auto Recovery, allowing users to optimize network performance, prioritize traffic, isolate ports for security, and automatically recover unresponsive PoE devices. Built-in surge protection (up to 6KV) helps safeguard connected equipment from electrical damage and unstable power conditions.
