Epson EcoTank L850 All-in-One Colour Ink Tank Photo Printer

The Epson EcoTank L850 is built for users who want lab-quality photo printing with significantly lower running costs than cartridge-based photo printers. It uses a 6-colour dye ink system (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Light Cyan, Light Magenta), delivering smoother gradients, richer tones, and better skin colour reproduction than standard 4-colour printers.

Print resolution reaches 5760 × 1440 dpi, while the flatbed scanner offers 1200 × 2400 dpi optical resolution for high-quality scans and copies. Epson rates print speed up to 37 ppm black / 38 ppm colour (draft) and around 12 seconds for a 10 × 15 cm photo under test conditions.

A 2.7-inch colour LCD touchscreen makes photo preview and menu navigation easy without needing a PC. The EcoTank refillable ink system helps reduce long-term operating cost, with Epson citing up to 1,800 4R photos from a set of bottles (usage dependent).
