The TP-Link EAP615-Wall AX1800 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 Access Point is designed to provide high-performance wireless connectivity in environments where each room requires its own dedicated network point. Built on 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) technology, it delivers combined speeds of up to 1775 Mbps, with 1201 Mbps on 5 GHz and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, ensuring smooth performance for HD streaming, VoIP calls, and multi-device usage.

Unlike traditional ceiling or standalone access points, the EAP615-Wall is designed to mount directly onto a standard wall junction box, providing a clean, discreet installation that blends into interior spaces. It is particularly suited for hospitality and multi-room deployments where each room needs controlled, isolated, high-speed Wi-Fi access.

The device features 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports (1 uplink + 3 downlink), allowing wired connectivity for devices such as smart TVs, IP phones, and desktop PCs. One downlink port supports PoE pass-through, enabling power delivery to connected devices without additional cabling.

Advanced Wi-Fi 6 technologies such as OFDMA, MU-MIMO, Beamforming, Band Steering, and Airtime Fairness improve efficiency and reduce congestion when many users are connected simultaneously. The access point also supports seamless roaming within Omada SDN networks, allowing smooth handoff between multiple access points.

For centralized control, the EAP615-Wall integrates with the TP-Link Omada SDN platform, enabling cloud-based management, guest network configuration, VLAN segmentation, captive portal authentication, and remote monitoring through controller hardware, software, or mobile app.

It supports 802.3af/at PoE, allowing both power and data to be delivered over a single Ethernet cable, simplifying installation and reducing wiring complexity in building infrastructure.
