The TP-Link EAP235-Wall AC1200 Wireless MU-MIMO Gigabit Wall Plate Access Point is a business-grade networking device designed for discreet, room-by-room wireless coverage. Built on 802.11ac Wave 2 technology, it offers combined wireless speeds of up to 1167 Mbps (300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz + 867 Mbps on 5 GHz), making it suitable for HD streaming, VoIP, online work, and multiple connected users in confined indoor environments.

Unlike traditional ceiling or desktop access points, the EAP235-Wall is designed to be installed directly into a wall junction box, making it ideal for hotels, dormitories, hospitals, apartments, and offices where aesthetics and per-room connectivity matter. Its ultra-slim design blends into the wall while delivering strong, localized Wi-Fi coverage.

A key feature is its four Gigabit Ethernet ports (1 uplink + 3 downlink), allowing multiple wired devices such as PCs, IP phones, printers, or smart TVs to connect directly. One of the downlink ports supports PoE passthrough, enabling powered devices without additional electrical wiring.

The device supports 802.3af/at PoE input, allowing both power and data to be delivered through a single Ethernet cable, simplifying installation. It integrates with the TP-Link Omada SDN platform, enabling centralized cloud management, guest network control, VLAN configuration, captive portal access, and remote monitoring.
