At its heart is the renowned Texas Instruments PCM1795 32-bit/192kHz Multi-bit Sigma-Delta DAC, complemented by a high-quality sample rate converter that upsamples digital signals to 192kHz for improved resolution and smoother playback. The asynchronous USB interface supports PCM up to 24-bit/192kHz along with DSD64 and DSD128 (DoP) playback, ensuring compatibility with today's high-resolution music libraries.

The MX DAC provides comprehensive connectivity with two coaxial S/PDIF inputs, two optical Toslink inputs, and a USB Type-B input, making it ideal for connecting computers, CD transports, music streamers, televisions, and gaming consoles.
