The HiFi ROSE RD160 (Black) is a flagship Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) engineered for uncompromising audiophile performance. Built around a dual-mono architecture featuring two AKM AK4499EXEQ DAC chips paired with two AK4191EQ digital modulators, the RD160 delivers exceptional resolution, ultra-low noise, and remarkable musical accuracy. A high-precision OCXO (Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillator) clock, three independent toroidal linear power supplies, and an advanced analog output stage ensure reference-level performance for demanding Hi-Fi systems.

The RD160 supports PCM up to 32-bit/768kHz, Native DSD512, and offers extensive digital connectivity including USB Type-B, USB SFP, HDMI I²S, AES/EBU, Optical, Coaxial RCA, and Coaxial BNC. It also includes balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA outputs, external 10MHz master clock inputs, multiple PCM filter options, and a concealed AMOLED display, making it ideal for reference stereo systems, high-end DAC applications, audiophile listening rooms, and professional music playback systems.
