The Emotiva XPA-9 Gen3 is engineered to meet the demands of advanced Dolby Atmos®, DTS:X®, and Auro-3D home theater installations. Built on Emotiva's third-generation modular amplifier platform, it combines audiophile-grade Class A/B amplification with a powerful Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) and Optimized Class H™ rail technology to deliver clean, efficient, and reliable power across all channels.

The amplifier is configured with two High-Power amplifier modules dedicated to the front left and right channels, each producing 300 watts into 8 ohms (490W into 4Ω). The remaining seven channels utilize efficient Class A/B amplifier modules delivering 65 watts per channel into 8 ohms (90W into 4Ω), making the XPA-9 Gen3 ideal for powering 5.1.4, 7.1.2, or other immersive surround sound speaker configurations.

Each channel features fully discrete circuitry with high-current output devices, ensuring exceptional detail, wide dynamic range, and precise loudspeaker control. The amplifier includes both balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs for every channel, allowing seamless integration with premium AV processors and preamplifiers.

Additional features include heavy-duty gold-plated speaker binding posts, 12V trigger input/output, advanced microprocessor-controlled protection circuitry, and a robust steel chassis with a brushed aluminium front panel, ensuring long-term reliability and premium build quality.
