The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
Opened printer cartridges, cables, or consumables (unless defective)
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
5. Exchanges
